      I like him. However, we have a ton of up and coming centers. We could use a defenceman.

      I was in the middle of typing out another response but had to head out. Now that I'm back...

      I saw 2 mock drafts on NHL.com that both had us picking #16. One person had us taking Timo Meier and the other had Jakub Zboril. I don't know a ton about either but they seem like pretty good choices.

      ^ Nah. One year in the minors isn't enough. Need a guy with real NHL experience at both the development league level and NHL level.

      It's either Stevens or Desjardins unless there is some other dark horse candidate who comes out of the blue.

      ^ I like him for the pp. He can coach offence for sure and has been the assistant of a defensive team in the devils.

      Not very familiar to the west though I'm sure he will adapt better than Torts who was intent on bringing his same philosophies from the East to the West.
