Love people complaining like this team is going to win the cup this year. We aren't even close to that level. playing defending Stanley cup champs can teach are young guys how to actually play in the playoffs. Its clear we need couple more skilled forwards. Also better Coaching system, we are having hard time defending and breaking out.

Need cleaner breakouts. Learning curb for are players on how too win (seems like stl found there feet and there focus on the little details) . cant be flashy all the time.

Sutter 4.3 Mill Roussell 3 mill Beagle 3 mill Eriksson 6 mill you can argue Motte(975K),Virtanen(1.2 mill) and Macewen(874K) are more effective. Getting rid of those 4 players would be a victory in its self. Get experience of phyiscal play, and hope we win 1st overall. Lets be real we aren't close too winning the cup(hope this goes 5 and lose). Management needs to be smarter where there spending money.

Petey was terrible. instead of playing 60 we played 10 good minutes .

If Toffoli plays decent like pearson did coming here. Try to resign him to a decent deal and try somehow getiing rid of Beagle,Baer,Eriksson,Sutter,Ferland. And next time sign some guys to 1-2 year deals and lower cap.
