      @Toews - they all show a bias and judges should be impartial.   I think the backlash against the ultra right and orange hair guy is all fine and good but that doesn't mean other biases should go unchecked - particularly that Leafs one.

      As much as we all hate the Leafs, supporting them isn't a political statement no matter how you slice it. The rest of your examples are all groups with a clear political agenda. A sports team doesn't have a political agenda. It is unprofessional for a judge to wear sports apparel but in terms of degree of egregiousness, one is a lot worse than the other.
