It just pisses me off because I am absolutely awful at math, this has nothing to do with networking or computer hardware but it's a "requirement." And university is the worst place to learn math if you suck at it, I don't even know why I'm in this class.

If you're bad at it, it's probably a good thing you're taking a class on it. Means you might actually learn something. Just go into the class with a positive mindset and try and get as much as you can from it

i would think statistical optimization for a networker would be an ideal subject. As well as with hardware determining performance gains versus increased costs.

but i feel your pain on taking a math course at university they arent for everyone.
