Kass WAS chirping Gagner, and considering the run by from Perron/Gagner, he was justified in getting a chirp off. Kass clearly was stating 'what's that (point to chin area)", mocking Gagner's facial protection. I don't even care that he did it, this is the guy we've wanted for ages, it's this kind of sociopath we were largely missing in the Bruins final, where snark and goonery won over skill and wit. I'll still take the Knights over the Otters. They have experience from last year's mem cup, and the offensive weapons in Domi, Horvat, Tierney, Anderson, and the returning blue liner in Zadorov. If Maata didn't make the Pens they'd be even more stacked. Otters are good but they're still young. I think the Generals deserve to be in this conversation as well, with Laughton/Cassels leading the charge.

Man, Cassels with a beast comeback after injury, 6 assists in 2 games? He's money. Also, I think you should consider including Pathrik Westerholm (Vesterholm sometimes) into the European prospects tab. He's currently leading the Allsvenkan (Sweden's AHL) in scoring with 34 points (18G 16A) in 27 games. He's of the 2011 draft year that has seen gems in Jensen, Corrado, Grenier, Tommernes and now Westerholm. Went unnoticed to me as well
