That might have more to do with the quality of competition then with skill.

if we make it I am 100% sure we exit in the first round (unless Hank and Burr go on a hot streak...). Dont forget we are playing the flames and islanders here. I would rather get a high pick and build for the future.

New York doesn't seem to have trouble adapting to AV's system, our 06/07 team certainly didn't have trouble adapting to AV's system despite AV working with low talented teams both teams. Maybe torts' system can't be adapted by this team in that case torts needs to either change his system (which he isn't willing to do) or we get a coach who this team can adapt and follow his system. The latter is more likely. -

I totally agree with this post, it doesn't matter that torts is a better motivator than AV, uses timeouts better than AV and gives better interviews than AV. AV's system was more effective, if you don't believe my watch a rangers game and see the difference between how the played last year it's night and day and way better. When I do the same for this team I realize that we are playing worse not better than last year. -
I am the only person here who actually wants to the canucks to lose this game.
