ive looked at prefab kits that are really expensive  im gonna try do it my self maybe have a few friends help my buddy in kelowna does contracting  so if i need help he def can and my 3 other buddies   have 3 dif businesses one does framing one does electrical and other does foundations   they work together  so if i cant do something i might hire them. i wanna have a concrete pad fountdation  then one end of cabin do rock work for chimmey  and one  wall  and maybe incorporate some rock work in kitchen with tile floor  then 2 bedrooms a bathroom  and big living room  use  wood beams and big windows with   metal or clay roof with  solar panel and water catchment  outside  have a nice bbq area patio.  i have exactly how i want it in my mind it will be a learning experience ive only done lil renos before nothing like building a house but  we will see how it looks when its done. even if it takes me 3-4 yrs to finish it completely  it will be a work in progress. 

 ya  i miss all my buddies up in okanogan and kootneys its gonnabe nice living up that way having bbqs and  lots of hikes that i havent done like  abbott hut hike and lake ohara and mount robson and  skyline trail  and cathedral lakes  in the new national park they made in okanogan  ive got a bunch on list that i wanna do
