Not sure of Le Toux's future here beyond this year. Camilo should be staying for at least a couple of seasons. So if it matters to you that the player is actually here, I'd go with Camilo. Personally, I think Le Toux is gonna have a good year and will be very well liked and he would be a good player to have on your jersey even if he looks for work in Europe after this year.

I think the fact this will be Le Toux's fourth year in the pacific northwest and 6th year in north america that him probably enjoys playing on this side of the pond. Camilo has at least two years on his contract and already has one year down as a Whitecap player. Personally I'd go with Camilo, but I'd not buy either over a Cannon jersey!!!!! (jk)

Le Toux was actually looking for work in Europe this off season and due to some complications, it didn't get done. The only reason why Philly traded him to us is because they know he is going to leave and wanted to get something for him instead of letting him walk for nothing in return. There's a chance Le Toux falls in love with Vancouver and stays, but I think he's not going to have many more chances in Europe, so he is likely going to try again.

That is false actually, about Le Toux.

He wanted to stay in Philledelphia but was forced out of town. They pushed him to go to Bolton for a trail in hopes he would stick, and they would recieve money for him.

He wasn't feeling it, and wanted to return to Philly, and upon return they traded him to Vancouver.

I posted an article about this earlier in the thread:

http://www.timesherald.com/article/20120131/SPORTS03/120139878&pager=full_story

some quotes:

It had gotten to the point where I said to them, to Nick, to Peter, to everyone, ‘Just give me a contract and I will sign it,’” said Le Toux, who spoke exclusively with the Daily Times. “I wanted to stay in Philly. I didn’t care about the money.”

“That’s why they pushed me to Bolton — money.”

Le Toux said he was “honored” for the Bolton trial, but his heart was with the Union. He had made a home in West Chester, where he and his longtime girlfriend Kendall lived. He adored the fan base and his teammates.“I told them I would consider (Bolton), but I knew it wasn’t good for me,” Le Toux said. “I was out of shape. I hadn’t kicked a ball in five weeks. I didn’t want to go over there and injure myself in cold weather. What good is that for me or (the Union)?”

Ah thanks for that. Terrible decision by the Union, but I'm thankful for it.

Vancouver vs Toronto for the final of this cup.

TFC has sent some coaches and players home to prepare for Los Angeles next week, so expect to see mostly reserve and trialiats for Toronto.

They didn't want to play their first team because the Whitecaps would destroy them. That wouldn't be good to their confidence going into their game with LA.

Lol, yeah Vancouver looked really scary beating a bunch of teenagers 1-0...

Ready for round 2?

Great vid. That Sporting KC game still gives me goosebumps. Two goals in injury time to tie the game, how ridiculously awesome! I have been to a lot of sporting events in my life, but that was by far the loudest reaction to anything I have witnessed.
