Looks like i'll be getting the game when the first patch comes out. Only one person with NHL 12 for PS3 has told me they have froze from time to time, everyone else is fine. The hipchecks are... well what you see in the videos.. but I have yet to see a cannonball hipcheck or a hipcheck where you send a guy miles into the air. You barely touch the opposing player from behind when hes on a break away and its an immediate penalty shot.
