da.moose
The Washington Capitals seem to be playing some of their worst hockey since the beginning of the season down the stretch and do not want to take the playoffs for granted as Boston has basically caught them in the Standings while Montreal is playing some of their best hockey as well. The return of Pavel Datsyuk and Jamie Langenbrunner will hopefully give the Caps the spark they need to pick it up down the final stretch towards the playoffs but GM da.moose is making another roster move to try to bring some new energy to this locker room. Assignment: The Washington Capitals assign Zack Kassian to the AHL. Call-up: The Washington Capitals call-up Marcus Foligno to the NHL squad. Washington Capitals Lineup next game: Patrik Elias - Pavel Datsyuk - Evander Kane Jamie Langenbrunner - Sam Gagner - Kyle Turris Marcus Foligno - Jacob Josefson - Jordin Tootoo Matt Halischuk - Boyd Gordon - Mike Knuble Keith Yandle - Tobias Enstrom Kyle Quincey - Roman Hamrlik Mark Fayne - Johnny Oduya Miikka Kiprusoff Devan Dubnyk Healthy Scratches: Mattias Tedenby, Cam Janssen, Mark Flood
