Sick Hands
Why would we want Pahlsson back, seriously? especially for 2.3 per. Id rather bring in a young gun who bring some speed and scoring..... something we sorely lack.

Franz Liszt
If Semin can use his size like a seasoned power forward, then I would be all for signing him.
Canuckz101
I have a feeling Schneider will still be moved because the offer for him will be too hard to pass on. It will be very difficult letting him go but his value is too great and from an organizational standpoint, a trade involving him will set up this team not only for now, but long into the future. We need to get some young, franchise players (forwards, defense) in the mix for the sake of our future. MG should also seriously consider replacing AV with a coach who will actually play our younger players more frequently and not hinder their development. I feel Columbus will surprise us with an offer we can't pass on and it is because we don't usually get opportunities to get a top 2 pick that will make it hard to refuse. underrated
Former teammates have said that if Semin actually cared and played hard, he would be the best player in the league. But he clearly does not...and is not. With that said, he is so talented that it might even be worth the gamble. Risky though. Carle and Whitney would be great additions. I would be very happy if we could sign the two of them this offseason.
