canucklax
Prospect Signing Period Details After a team has been eliminated from the playoffs (so after 82 games for non playoff teams, after 1st 2nd, etc rounds for playoff squads) they are eligible to sign prospects. This will give bottom teams a head start compared to the better teams to try to keep it competitive. Rookie wage scale is not maxed at 925k. Contract salary can range from 500k to 5 million for rookies. Deals still limited to 3 years though Trade Deadline will be the same as in game, player re-signings will be after deadline
