Tortorella's Rant Posted June 19, 2012 Share Posted June 19, 2012 So we can call Cory Schneider who is going into his first season as a starter a "franchise goalie" and call Jordan Schroeder who at 22 has yet to play a game in the NHL a "Selke contending center" Sounds like we may be overrating our prospects a bit... And you know who else was a 19 year old not named Crosby? Ovechkin, Giroux, and Malkin. Johansen is one of the best prospects in the world, and Jenner has strong upside.
