Burnsey
Fair play to them for showing that they really really want the cup now, but at his age and what it may cost them, may not be worth the risk. You need young guys to continue to compete in this league. Why not try and get a solid young guy that has yet to reach his potential instead? nowhereman
Gillis better do something quick if he wants to compete for the cup. As it stands right now, we don't stand a chance. Most of the contenders have gotten better, while we're virtually the same.

riffraff
Actually, there are two Alpha ++ cities in the world: New York and London. Then there's a big drop off: http://www.pocketinf...s-2012.html?m=1 Notice that Vancouver is a Beta+ city. Fifth category after Alpha ++, Alpha +, Alpha and Alpha -. Vancouver ranks 64th. More rain on the parade.

kanucks1
They would have to trade one of their top players to get Joe because of salary cap issues... Thx Pcuzz

Garrison
Don't understand why people would want to live in NY and in London, crime rate is massive, because of the enormous population, a large portion is rude and pushy and you must likely have to live in an apartment. The only pluses are lots of clubs, girls and shopping. My home town of Penticton is rated as the second best summer location in the world
Canuckian93
If I were them I'll try real hard to sign Crosby and malkin since they're on waivers
Bruce Boudreau
Always amazed by how the Rangers are able to continue to take on these huge contracts and then get rid of the player when they stop performing.
kanucks1
No cap space unless they give up all their future to win now which will be a really dumb move. They will still have no defence and bad depth up front and on D. IMPOSSIBLE! Thx Pcuzz
