canucklehead44 Posted December 29, 2012 Share Posted December 29, 2012 Dennis Rasmussen is a 22 year old centre in the SEL who is having a solid season so far for Vaxjo. In 21 games he has scored 10 goals and added 7 assists. He is 6'3, 201lbs and according to the scouting report below he is a good checking line player. "A big and strong player. Reads the game well. Good defensively. Somewhat limited offensively, but valuable as a role player. Drives the net, strong along the boards and in front of the crease. Decent technical skills, but will never be a high scoring player. Good penalty killer." Bruunstrom was also 22 the year we tried to sign him. He drew a lot of NHL interest despite scoring only 9 goals in 54 games. Do you think Rasmussen might attract similar attention? Either way, would say a 2 year, 1.8 million dollar deal be reasonable for both sides? Has anybody seen him play? I wasn't able to find any videos online.
