I don't support either of those but what I do support is the increased presence of road blocks...I haven't been through one of those in years which is astonishing since I do like to go out occasionally. I was also thinking that it should be mandated that drinking establishments have a way to check blood alcohol before you leave. Also Their parking lots should be gated and you must prove that you are under the limit before you are to drive out of it. Technology might not be there yet but I think these are things we need to look at.
