Boston at the 24 game mark.

Going 7-3 in the past 10 has pushed Boston into 2nd in the Division & 6th in the Conference after a mediocre start to the season. With 12 regulation wins, Boston is tied with Chicago and only one win behind Winnipeg. The PP and PK are both top 5 in the league at 22% and 85% respectively.

Individually Kopitar continues to lead at well over a ppg pace with both Seguin and Krejci on pace for 90+ point seasons. Slepyshev is having a good rookie season, on pace for 40 points.

On D, the offense is anemic after Hamilton with Edler and Boychuk each only putting up 5 points a piece followed by Ceci and Larsen barely hitting the scoreboard. At -7, Larsen is worst on the team and Colby Cohen is a safe bet to replace him in the very near future.

While Frederik Gauthier couldn't stick the first time around with the big club, he is destroying in the AHL with 25 points in only 13 games. Those kind of numbers will surely see him get a second chance this season.

Overall, Boston is doing well in the standings but are a one line team. If either of the top 3 get injured, yikes. Boston is continuing to look at offers for Seguin and Krejci, although the urgency to move is not there, yet...

On D, change will be coming whether through farm players or a trade, but more offense is needed from the back end. Carl Dahlstrom is having a solid season on the farm but may be too young to bring up at this point.

As always, Boston is open to discussions, at this point especially on the back end.
