DontTouchMeGuys
We plan to watch the fireworks tonight at English Bay and was wondering what station is best to get off at if we're on the expo line? I understand there's a long walk from the train to the beach as well. Thanks
Lockout Casualty
Skytrain to Granville station, take Davie bus across the street (don't remember the number) to English Bay. 15 min ride or so. Or you could learn to fish for yourself - translink.bc.ca

Miss Korea Bob.Loblaw
Getting back on is the bigger problem. Take the long walk to waterfront after the show. This is way more important than getting there fastest.
Canuck Surfer
From Australia; get off at Burrard station and walk down the hill... (it is the correct advice if English Bay is the target viewpoint) Do NOT stop at Davie street for any interesting offers... edit: "don't touch me guys!" lel
butters
From Australia; get off at Burrard station and walk down the hill... (it is the correct advice if English Bay is the target viewpoint)down the hill takes you to the convention center which is the wrong way. Bad troll! If you are walking there is no fastest way. Apple Juice
On the same topic of firework watching, anyone know of a place where not so many people go to? Aside from the obvious English Bay location, how's Stanley Park at the lighthouse? I'm skeptical about that spot as people tell me it's pretty quiet but I'm also wondering if a lot of people go there.
Offensive Threat
The big thing for me is to hang around downtown in a restaurant or pub or something for at least a few hours after the show to have a good time and let the majority of the crowds disappear. Makes it so much nicer getting home.
