hsedin33
Just wondering if these blue therapy lights actually do anything and if anyone has tried or used one before. What did you think? Did they have any effect? Something like this: http://www.amazon.ca/Philips-HF3422-60-Golite-Energy/dp/B00M3SGCUE I never really know what to think of the reviews on these sites. Link to comment

RonMexico
A lot of these products rely on the placebo effect. If you think it is working, by all means continue, or during your work break, go outside and catch a few rays instead. Link to comment

brilac
Lack of sunshine, overcast weather really messes with me. Last October I bought some mood lights at Whole Foods, and put them in my bathroom, living room, and bedroom. Maybe it was the anxiousness of how the upcoming weather was going to affect me. Maybe for a day it gave me energy, vitamin D and multi vitamins gave me more energy overall. Link to comment
riffraff
I'm on mobile but there is a great David Suzuki documentary movie called "lights out" In short: about the effects of constant light in our health. A very worthwhile and informative watch. I recommend. Link to comment
