Baer. Posted April 9, 2016 Author Share Posted April 9, 2016 Cornucopia You awake in a daze, lying in a damp cot. While putting on your jumpsuit, you get up to see four steel walls surrounding you. A voice is heard over the PA. "SUB-102 has arrived at target destination. All passengers proceed to designated air lock." You walk into a hallway, and line up among the others. A masked man directs you toward an airlock. "Sit down." He shoves you into a small escape pod. You look over, as he pushes a stranger into your pod. "Protect each other at all costs." The door slams and 10 pods are dispatched from the sub. You peer out the small window, and see a large underwater laboratory. As your pod latches to the side, an alarm starts blaring, and a red light blinds you as you step out of the pod. As you scramble to gain yourself, you see people running in every direction... Many were seen running towards the weapons, a bloody battle ensues, with high powered weapons available for the taking, not many spared the chance. Intoewsables & Fwybwed, and shotly after, spod & JJ were the first and second to arrive, and grabbed high powered rifles. They decided to spare grabbing much ammo to avoid conflict, and headed to the nearest barracks to fortify themselves. Coincidentally, they never ran into eachother. Virtanen87 & Beluga Whale, Dral & CaptainCanuck, and Mikeyboy & thejazz arrived shortly after. Dral uses his strength to swing CaptainCanuck towards one of the handguns. As he turned, he aims for anything that moves. CaptainCanuck closes his eyes and screams as he empties his clip. He looks on to see Mikeyboy dead on the ground and thejazz laying still. Beluga Whale tries to sneak unnoticed and grabs one of the tasers. Virtanen87 creates a diversion while Beluga Whale slowly moves toward a distracted Dral. Beluga Whale pounces on his back and shoves the taser into one of Dral's eyes. He dies almost instantly. He rips out the taser and Virtanen87 grabs a baton and they run into one of the wings. CaptainCanuck gets up and holsters his handgun and grabs one of the high powered rifles, and a bag of ammo. He looks over to Dral's lifeless body and turns it over to see smoke coming out his team mate's face, and just walks away silently. After all, they were only strangers. thejazz wakes up, his ears still ringing. He puts his hand on his head, and inspects his wound. Bullet just grazed him. He stands up, barely able to walk, and makes his way towards the weapons stash. As he walks up, he trips on a crate and falls, landing on a button on the floor. *click* A box is seen rising from the ground. thejazz can't believe what he sees... An automatic shotgun. But what he doesn't hear are g_bassi13 & AV walking out of their pod. They should have already arrived! There must have been a miscalculation with their pod! thejazz fires a shot,and blows AV away! He's tackled g_bassi13 and loses control of the shotgun. g_bassi13 sticks the barrel towards thejazz's neck. "Any last words?", said g_bassi13. thejazz begins laughing hysterically, before having his brains blown out the back of his head. g_bassi13 grabs the shotgun and continues on. Vrienzy & Aladeen were the only ones to go for the food and water, and grabbed as much as they could. What luck! Time Lord & Falcon, GFY & Twilight and Kaz & Tigs ran to save themselves...chickens.
