Kidnapping is a felony isn't it and sexual assault should mean you go to prison period, you don't pass go you don't collect two hundred dollars.

I suspect that the kidnapping was preventing the trans person from leaving the bathroom.  Hence the Roethlisberger comment, @canuktravella, since he was charged with doing the same thing.

Just because this story is from America, this time, is not a good reason to think they are somehow lesser than Canadians,
