Nail
2009 Draft Rankings are now available here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1cy1Jjf2vI9pdQgT5DrWdgoC2sq2U6zfK7fXEtr-lvtw/edit#gid=1017019149 A note to all teams: Only EHM generated players are the unscouted players for this draft. These players are unique to our save file only, and would not appear in any other games. People may remember the last couple drafts had EHM generated guys listed in Round 1. Since all the EHM generated guys are unscouted now, this will mean that there will be an increased number of "steals" available. 3

Nail
Tonight the Flyers made a trade with their Eastern Conference rivals the New York Rangers to bring in veteran center Matt Cullen. Headed the other way are Sami Kapanen and Jamie Arniel. Kapanen fell out of favour in the lineup quickly, and has been a healthy scratch since suiting you in the first 7 games of the season. Arniel was drafted in the 2nd round last year, and should have a promising career in the Big Apple. We are excited to welcome in Matt, we feel he will be a tremendous boost to our current 29th ranked PK and will slide in as our 3rd line center. Matt will be a tremendous mentor for rookie Brandon Sutter. The Flyers may tinker a bit more with their lineup as we approach the trade deadline. Popular Post Zfetch
We don’t have any words and we know you don’t want to hear them. We understand your anger, your frustration, your sadness. Everything you’re feeling – we get it. This isn’t the ending we imagined, and certainly not the one we wanted. Thank you for being there the entire way. ----- Trade frenzy run down-- The Coyotes were still garbage with the Sedins The biggest win in this trade is getting rid of Smith easily improves our team short-term so it's worth it. We pick up competitive pieces such as Hartnel. AHL sweetheart Blunden. A 1st. With the Sedins salaries doubling this off-season and the Coyotes not showing any growth, we felt it was necessary to deal these pieces at the right time. The right time is now. The Doan deal nets us more comparable assets and another 1st and 3rd(I love 3rds!) And some random prospect. We thank you for judging my trading abilities, See you on the ice, Zfetch 1 1 2

Popular Post Zigmund.Palffy
Bienvenue à Montreal,Frères Sedin! Montreal fans should be waking up to exciting news, as Montreal Canadiens pulled off a blockbuster trade with the Phoenix Coyotes involving the Canadiens to acquire Henrik and Daniel Sedin. Also included in the trade were prospect defencemen Yannick Weber and Goalie Mike Smith. Smith then was traded to Chicago for forward Scottie Upshall. Going the other way to Phoenix was center Olli Jokinen and forward Scott Hartnell, along with prospect Michael Blunden, goalie John Grahame and Montreals 1st 2010. “We are very excited to see the city of Montreal waking up to amazing news in the morning”, says Montreal GM ZP. “We are very sad to see Scott Hartnell and Olli Jokinen go, but we cannot miss a chance to acquire one the top end talents in the league, in the Sedin brothers.” GM ZP said. “We were very stale at 5 on 5 play and we needed to make a move upfront and we heard the Sedins were on the block around league. The twins are one of the most elite talent in the league and I had to an approach to trade for them, plus they won the cup in 06/07, so they do bring experience if we make the playoffs. So after some lengthy discussions from the Phoenix GM @Zfetch , we both struck a deal that could help both teams for the future,” says Montreal GM. “We would like to thank the Phoenix GM and the organization for completing this deal”, says Montreal GM ZP. Montreal Canadiens are probably not done dealing yet, they could add another defensemen if they still in a playoff hunt, but looks like for now, they are done. Now with some much added firepower upfront, Canadiens GM hopes this team will play better as an even strength team. Montreal Canadiens recall Martin Houle from AHL affiliate team.
