Conference Finals Preview

#2 Buffalo Sabres vs. #6 Boston Bruins

@Bombastik der Teutone @inane

It looks like these two teams proved me wrong with their excellent play in the playoffs. With Ryan Miller sporting an immaculate league-leading 0.941 save percentage, the Sabres seem destined to crush last year’s disappointing finish with a trip to the Stanley Cup Final this season. If their offense continues to dominate and their defense holds up, I wouldn’t be surprised if the Sabres end up winning it all. Be careful not to prematurely count out the Bruins though, who knocked out the offensive juggernauts Capitals and Lightning in stunning fashion. The Bruins have a young lethal duo in Kessel (league-leading 16 points) and Axelsson (14 points), supported by Swedish legend Forsberg (12 points), that could potentially pull off an upset if they can continue to lead the offensive charge. This thrilling series will go down to the wire, but Sabres MVP Ryan Miller should be able to steal the show and deliver for the citizens of Buffalo. Senior GM inane may not like the outcome, but at least he will wake up to the news that his Bruins team advanced to the East Conference Final before bowing to German GM Bombastik der Teutone and the Sabres.

#2 Calgary Flames vs. #5 San Jose Sharks

@Carlutch98 @Master Mind

It is an understatement to say that everybody is surprised that the Flames have made it this far, considering their foul-mouthed GM and his outlandish antics on social media. Despite this, the Flames’ stars and plentiful pending UFAs showed up big for them in rounds one and two. The Sharks have been able to depend on their talented forward group for balanced scoring, with middle 6 winger Ryane Clowe playing hero in a captivating Game 7 win against the Predators. In net, trade deadline acquisition Kari Lehtonen has been superb with a 0.927 save percentage and continues to hold down the fort for San Jose. On the other hand, it seems like pending UFA Kiprusoff is already looking forward to cashing out in the summer after having his save percentage drop to a measly 0.915 this playoff run, but if he can regain his regular season self against the Sharks, it gives the Flames a glimmer of hope in this series. However, in the likely case that the Sharks’ deadly triple threat of Cheechoo, Thornton and Marleau come to play and lit the lamps, an upset is imminent and the Flames will be bounced in quick fashion, leaving GM Carlutch98 to bite his words, all while having minimal cap space to re-sign his superstars.

Brought to you by kj29’s Kik Art. Happy reacts only B)

Not going to lie. VERY POOR analysis from KJ here. Didn't even take into account last year how we played eachother in the first round. Didn't take into account this season series we had and doesn't take into account the flames have played 9 games and are in the west final. Like cmon man we get it you have no friends and nobody likes you and my team just dusted you. But give respect where it's dew. Just bashes the Flames like that.

IDK but other GMs in the league but KJ is scum
