^I saw one time in a presser when he did not want to answer further questions, while on a losing streak. That was a frustrated player - but he didn’t swear, abuse or maim anyone. He only slightly lost his cool…once. 
 

Players can refuse to answer questions.
 

But, he didn’t pull a ‘Juvenile Joe’ & taunt an “opposing” C in conference with a referee upon the ice or say something sexist & mysogenistic to a female reporter, repeatedly! That guy lost his “C”. 
 

Everyone gets at least one mulligan, &  Leon has now taken his.
