Ben Hutton Is available for free to a team that could use him in their NHL club. We will not be opening a spot on our roster for him out of training camp, but feel he deserves a shot somewhere.

A 2025 4th is available to anyone who can take on all of the following contracts:

D Brad Hunt

F Kyle Clifford

F Josiah Slavin

F Nikola Pasic

F Trevor Wong

We are not desperate to move the contracts out as 4 of the 5 are expiring deals anyway, but if a team is happy to take them on for a late pick I will happily use the minor league cap relief. So no real wiggle room on the pick I give up.

Holy F! Just looked and Hutty, that goofy kid is f'ing 30 now!

Is @lethunder the only one seriously active in UFA? This feels like his 27th signing!

Barring no late in free agency change. The Flyers are likely done in free agency. We attempted an offer sheet on Gritsyk but we were outbid by a competing offer.

We are thrilled to add Daniel Sprong and the plethora of new players via trade. We look forward to a competitive camp and we hope a prospect or two forces us into a tough decision.

appreciate the hard work of the agents and I look forward to training camp come September!

Oskar Steen inks two year deal with the Devils

The Devils continue to utilize Free Agency to strengthen their organization's depth chart. Thursday evening the club signed Oskar Steen to a multi year deal.

Oskar will come to Camp and be in that group of forwards battling to earn one of the team's open spots. On the verge of being NHL ready over the past couple of years, this will be a great opportunity for the young swede to make his mark out of Training Camp.

welcome to New Jersey Oskar!

If the NHL is projecting a salary cap in 2024/25 in the area of $ 88 million how would that affect the GML cap limit in the 24/25 season.

Does GML's cap number go up as much as the NHL by approximately $ 5.5 million or?

Thanks

If it's $88m, we will be adding our 3% (or whatever it was) until GML expands to 32 teams again.

It should go up by a percentage. So if the NHL is at 83.5 mil and goes up to 88.5 that’s roughly a 6% increase (83.5x1.06=88.51)

Our cap is at 88.7. So 88.7x1.06= 94 mil
