Looks like he has lost a tonne of weight. Hopefully he is on the road to full recovery now, Fergie seemed quietly optimistic. Was fantastic to see Doug Rougvie and Dougie Bell pull on the Red shirt again. The midfield is lacking in both creativity and bite, which becomes even more apparent when Gerrard misses 2/3 of the season. Downing is worthless, Borini not up to snuff, and everything is therefore pinned on the hope that Suarez scores more than last year. If I was a Liverpool fan I'd be dreading this season.
