wtpasc Posted May 17, 2012 Share Posted May 17, 2012 While searching for cartoons of value for my 3 boys to watch Avatar: The Last Airbender was suggested to me. I was aware of existence, and knew that a live action movie had been made. My wife and I found that it was available on Netflix Canada and we started to watch it to see if it was something we wanted the kids to watch. Well, after one episode we were hooked. This cartoon is absolutely one of the best animated stories ever produced. It is visually beautiful, the story is deep and very well told, the characters have real depth and development. Quickly Avatar has become one of my all time favorite shows. Recess X-Men Evolution Jackie Chan Adventures Digimon (the original one only) Yu-Gi-Oh! (again, the original one only) Ahhh...good times. Most are a little too racist/inappropriate for todays market but funny nonetheless. Ducktales Transformers, got hooked on the toys so when the cartoon came out it was only natural.
