But I have a few questions the White Noise crew might be able to help with since I am far too lazy to do my own research. 1) What is the best option for cheap, stand-alone internet service? 2) It's not a very nice area, so I am planning on dropping some extra insurance on my pick-up. If you were to guess, how much extra would I need to pay for theft on a 2007 F150? 3) Cool things to do, places to eat around the Broadway/Commercial skytrain? More questions to come. Link to comment

Broadway/Commercial has quite a few junkies hanging around the sky train area but it's little Italy so there are a lot of positives. Lots of Pubs and eateries in the area.
