He will give us more Depth on the Defence since Matt Greene was bought out (still not confirmed from the league @theminister) and Joey Laleggia will probably turn into a Fulltime Forward . Not an easy thing to do during the summer. The Golden Knights are thrilled to have Spencer join the organization. We had our eyes on two key free agents in Oscar Fantenberg and Spencer Foo. We consider ourselves very fortunate to land both of them, who we believe will have an impact on our NHL roster next season, whether right out of the gate or as emergency call ups when injuries happen. Either way, both were guy's I targetted right from the start of free agency. The Golden Knights are finished with free agency offers at this time. Posted July 8, 2017 Share Posted July 8, 2017 With the Red Wings waiting on a few forward free agent offers, GM RL. is letting it be known that the Wings are listening to offers on their young defenders (Nurse, Stecher, Hanifin, etc) in hopes to facilitate a deal for an established top end defender.
