I think so long as he never touches the puck above the crossbar, it would be legal, provided the ref hasn't already blown the play dead.

As long as the stick pops the puck off the net before the stick goes above the crossbar, it would be a good goal. This is not the case, as the net appears to bulge before puck contact was made.
