      Chychrun has drop because he has been underwhelming. He hasn't shown any signs of becoming a franchise/dynamic defenseman or even a top pairing defenseman

      According to BOB McKenzie top 6 forwards. Matthews,Finns, Tkachuk,Dubois, Nylander > Chychrun, Juolevi,Segachev, etc BIG GAP.

       

      Comes down to does Dubois play center in pro? If he so he edges Tkachuk who is strictly a winger.
