I think a better comparable for Virtanen is Justin Abdelkader. Jake is faster and will be better in my opinion but more that type of player.

I see EP as more of a Gretzkty-lite than much like Hank or Nazzy.

But with having three potentially strong young centers hopefully we continue to draft well in that area and keep feeding potentially strong centers into the ranks and thus not have the problem we had this year when Horvat and Sutter both went down. In that case Pettersson's ability to play wing as well as center is also valuable AND the teams ability to load up lines as well as spread them out allows the team to look different at different times and defeat systems put in place to shut the team down.
