    Some fans give Eagle a hard time, but he is desperately needed On this team to succeed. He eats up a lot of minutes, and plays against other teams top players. It was very noticeable when he went out last night how gassed our D was. It forced some of our guys to play longer minutes and play the defensive role.

    Glad he’s okay. This guy does not get the praise or recognition he deserves. You’re a warrior, Eagle!

    What. A. Comeback.

     

    This team does not quit. Love them for it. 
     

    Truthfully, we weren’t perfect, but it takes some serious balls and willpower to score 3 unanswered goals against the defending champs and lock them down in the third for the win. 
     

    Marky was brilliant. Save that one flukey goal, he was a beast! And Motte. Wow! He deserves it. He works his tail off all the time. 
     

    Let’s eliminate these chumps next!!

    Okay folks, this is my third time posting In this thread, lol. But I thought I’d rant before I go to sleep. 
     

    I was just watching coverage on TSN for the Canucks win, and there is like 2 or 3 videos from today. And there are like 7 or 8 on the Laffs!!!???? 
     

    Honestly doesn’t surprise me, but seriously TSN? Can you please take a moment to stop talking about that pathetic failure of a franchise literally days after their elimination?? We DONT care about them. How about you talk about how the up and coming Canadian team on the West Coast that beat the defending champs?

     

    TSN is a Laff loving joke of a network.

    The team is so together like a family. As others stated, They’ve been through a lot together with Troy and Marky both losing their fathers, Brock’s father’s near loss and ongoing health problems and so on...

     

    Petey saying he wanted to give Stech a hug after the goal, Marky stating He knows what Stech is feeling, and the guys all looked happy but also emotional for him. All of them care so much about each other and that’s what Jim envisioned when building this team. True character players that care and support each other.

     

    As hard as the rebuild was or has been, the result is and will be 100% worth it.

    Over 33 million tied up to 3 overrated players who can’t carry this alone.

     

    Traded away their only player who played physical despite being a punk (Kadri) for a pylon D- Barrie. 


    Overpaid Willy Nilly by a big margin and are now tied to his contract for years. 
     

    No cap room to fill the Swiss cheese defence

     

    Lost to a zamboni driver earlier this year. 

     


     

     

     

    Oh, but apparently Dubas is a genius, in case you haven’t heard.
