No, Sh!t doesn't run down hill it sticks to you, this is another example of the Canucks (Jim Benning ) being very bad at his job. He may be not be the worst GM in the League but he is very close. -
Hind sight everyone wanted someone else we got what we got now we are going to pick in the bottom 16 around 15th to 20th so bounced in the first round unless we play Calgary . Be a good character builder anyways. So no lottery pick. Develop what we got . We will look back at this year as a critical step forward or mistake one or the other.

Tryamkin could be making 3 times what he is making now if he would have stayed , Bad advice by his agent JB should have handled this differently ,but he didn't ,that's on Jim . Learn from your mistakes move Trade Tryamkin's rights and Goldobin's and move on.

Green's Style of coaching preaches responsibility defense first . I say poppy cock let the horses run let the D play defense bring one forward back and play off wing Rover. Win games 7 to 6 not 3 to 2. Goldobin under the right coach could put up a lot of points.

I don't know maybe in the copy cat league we should be looking at the JETS model ( Big, fast, skilled and mean) then the Lightning model (small fast and skilled ) which would go farther in the playoffs .

I agree I wanted Bouchard instead of Hughes and I would of taken Hague instead of Lind in the Draft before last years.

QU has one thing all our D don't, high end mobility no other D man on our currant roster can move the puck and generate offensive opportunities like him. He could generate 40 points with out scoring one goal .

Only way he comes back to us is if we over pay 5 mil. would be ball park or he will test free agency. JB totally screwed the pooch on this should have given him 3.5 mil a year for 2 years. Money talks bull $&!#e walks.
