The most I have ever seen Pettersson miss passes. Almost every shift. I was excited with that between the legs attempt. We are not seeing his shot, his dekes, speed and even handling the puck he is treating it like a ticking time bomb.

Why was Juolevi pulled in favour of Hamonic? It’s not a coincidence that he is on the ice for a lot of goals against. Juolevi was playing well.

Coaching ability is decided by... well... coaching ability. Baumer isnt really demonstrating NHL coaching and systems ability here.
True. I just don’t know how they can justify playing this way and keeping the coach who is teaching them to defend. It doesn’t look like there are adjustments made. What is Holtbys gaa? Everything that could go wrong is going wrong for this team.

Get rid of Baumgartner. How does a career ahler get to be a nhl coach? He wasn’t even a good defence man. This system garbage and it’s been bad all the way back to the Vegas series. Pettersson, Pettersson, where are you?

Can we really make it back from 1-4 start? It’s almost impossible to sweep a series. It’s scary if it gets to that point. Maybe a light will go on and we will actually play good hockey.

How much more time do they give Baumgartner? Has a coach ever been fired? An assistant coach I mean? Both the pk and pp need to go. They are losing us games.

Man the passes are terrible
on the pp. I don’t get why they keep making those short passes where someone is covered. They are always picked off. I really wish we had a killer instinct rather than a polite team
attitude.

Biggest problem we have right now is we have no one going. You need at least one player to stay up and everyone is in a slump.

No urgency in the power play. Show a little more aggression. You are 0/15. The other teams seem so much faster. Mentally and physically.

Edler really should be nowhere near the top four at this stage in his career. He’s been on for most of the pk goals against but he shouldn’t be playing this many minutes anyway. They need to start putting the young guys in and seeing what they got. Edler isn’t going to get any better. I guess it just shows where this team is at when they still need to rely on him so heavily.

I just heard Jeff Paterson was saying that the pk was at 66.7 percent and pp is 0%. Lol. That is really bad if you think you are one player short of being a Stanley cup team like Benning is saying they are.

We didn’t even score the goals tonight. We haven’t got any clean goals against Markstrom.

I don’t get why Benning gets a pass. He’s made a lot of bad decisions. You can’t keep a gm around for drafting well. He’s made a few good trades, some bad ones and a lot of bad signings.

The reality is why is Benning still the gm? He’s had so many years to do things. He takes one step forward, two steps back. How many years has he been here, 6?

How does everyone feel about letting Markstrom go now? The defence is the problem but it goes to show what solid goaltending can cover up as well.
