      We were super excited when a contractor-friend called me to say they'd recommended my firm to design the McDavid's summer place in Collingwood, Ontario.

      That contractor eventually built the house, but we never got the call. 

      We use too much colour maybe, ha.

      I think it's pretty on par to be honest.  A few things we have to realize:

       

      1) Top NHL superstars don't get paid like top NBA, MLB, and NFL superstars.  So obviously, Connor McDavid's home isn't going to look like Kobe Bryant's or Alex Rodriguez's home.  

       

      2) McDavid lives in Edmonton.........not Hollywood, Greenwich Connecticut, New York City, or Miami.
