He is built like a 12 year old. The best thing for him is to live in the gym. Upper body, tons of cardio, leg training that doesn’t stress the foot for a while. If anything, this could be a positive. He has around 7-8 months to train his ass off for next season. That is a lot of time to get strong. I wish more athletes did steroids. I want to see the fastest strongest players ever. Lol!

Being a great guy doesn’t win hockey games. We put too much into the whole character thing here because of the Sedin’s. Sure they were great people, but how many cups did being classy win them?
