Sorry to hear that. I would point out there is zero obligation or no team should assume any of their pending free agents will sign or for what they want. Seeing as you reached out to me in the new year I will own the lack of back and forth and disappointment/frustration as no team should put their trust in an agent and then not have dialogue or constructive back and forth.. One of multiple reasons ive resigned from being an active agent right now and I sincerely apologize to members here I've not put the time or effort into in this regard. I would expect much better of myself. After a decade of agenting ive also grown tired of certain expectations or actions by teams, the questioning of or even quitting over free agent matters.Ive had " friends complain to commissioners behind my back over agreed contracts only to see the irl number basically identical lol. The friction it causes. When I was given a chance to take on work as an agent teams maybe signed 1 pending ufa maybe 2 then most rfas and remaining ufas would be fought over in free agency with the best effort fit etc being considered. Now so many GMs want or expect 2,3,4+ ufas will extend before the Playoffs are even over, everyone wants their rfas signed at max term at millions under market value. Anyhoo, I hope your negotiations work out and that everyone is enjoying the game. I have found the agents we have as very fair, very giving of their time, they work together and help eachother, they truly feel they want a fair process and it eats at any agent when we get ripped or members feel slighted or like it was a poor experience.

Friendly reminder RE: Salary Cap Increase The cap floor is not being adjusted differently than the NHLs. Only the Cap limit is being bolstered to account for the Dispersal draft. Teams do NOT need to worry about the cap floor.
