Sanheim, Travis D For all you Ehlers supports yes he may be a good young player but he has slipped in the ISS rankings to 11th. I just don’t see a reason to pick him at 6th when the chances are a lot more of someone in the top 5 dropping to us. Really looking at the ISS final rankings, the top 6 players stand out more than the rest and we should be glad to have anyone of them. I welcome our sixth overall pick with open arms.

He was a 6th overall pick himself and we are picking 6th overall this year. Coincidence?

Torts to Trotz hmmm... I feel like ill be saying Trorts for a while. Heres his coaching stats: http://www.hockeydb.com/ihdb/stats/pdisplay.php?pid=45881 He hasn’t been into the 3rd round in playoffs, a championship in the AHL with the Portland Pirates in 93/94, and a run to the finals with them in 95/96. One 50+ win season with the Preds in 06/07. 15 seasons as the head coach of the Preds. I think change is a good thing after all that time. As long as he can get the best out of all our players I really wouldn’t mind to see him standing on our bench. Nashville’s key was defence with a hard and fast forecheck. I think most players like him as a coach and I definitely can see him as the best candidate.

I think if he doesnt get picked in the first round then he will go shortly in the 2nd. Seems to me he is rated a little farther back than some would think. Id like to snag him in the 2nd round for sure. That or Demko (#1 rated Goalie). We need some young goalies in our system.

That definitely keeps me interested. I like the sounds of him and still if you look at the top teams in the show now there are still top players that don’t use their body well. I think Perlini sounds pretty good then! I know we are getting a good player no matter who our scouts pick Im happy regardless. Theres just some players I’d like to see more than others

I updated the main page for reference. Leon to six Im very interested in to as why Perlini and Fabbri leaped up but I am also more curious for picking them as well. I haven’t seen much discussion on these to yet and im not familiar with them so its time to go take a look. Anyone know much about them?

Thats going to be pretty close to spot on. But I actually just saw a retweet from ISS about Tuch climbing inside the top ten? Maybe he will be #10, and Kapanen at 11. And with Nylander’s performance at the worlds i could see him and Ritchie swapping? We will see I guess
