    Oli is going to be a more offensive Edler...he will mature into a player that makes less mistakes and doesn't get rattled on botched pinches or pressure in the D. zone like Edler does.....he won't hit as much but he will score more goals and get pucks through towards the net better than Edler.... Oli can play the PP better than Edler now...but he will never hit as hard as Edler Oli needs to get his whole body healthy and working as one...this Knee injury is tied to the Back injury is tied to the Hip injury...stiffness...etc....HAS to end one day and a healthy Oli will be all those things... Just Watch.....

    Edler was directly responsible for at least 5 of those goals ...either by taking a penalty or by giving away pizza's....Myers gave one of those up as well. That was a big regression on Edler's part and the main reason we lost....not the goalies. While he was having a good season, it is stuff like this were he starts screwing up and it just gets worse as the game goes on. I can't wait until we get Joulevi and Rathbone or Rafferty up and play Edler as a #5 ... Juolevi / Hughes Myers / Rafferty or Rathbone Edler / Stecher That is how it should look by sometime next year....

    Romanov was killer...Bahl can skate and makes safe plays...Woo is Woonderful but woondering why... I actually see Woo as right between those 2 in style and affect...but until they play pro it's anyone's guess who will turn out better...the floor of the other 2 is substantial though.... Goo Woo Gooooo!

    Hogs finishes the tourney in third place in scoring...if he hadn't missed that Russian game who knows....he was 2 points back of the guy he passed too mostly and one point back of Hayton...

    He drew the penalty on Bahl right near the end of the game by driving from the corner to the net...he was almost to the net when Bahl hauled him down....that stated the string of penalties that ended the game. Bothe Pdoz and Hogs are play driver's...they were both on the first PP unit and Podz had some PK time as well. They will both be just fine....

    He can score from in front of the net as well....who knew...? Hog's really seems to know where to go...and what to do when he gets there...!

    Bertuzzi lite....the way he checks and the assist off the back of his leg (net front presence)...and his skating isn't that bad, good top speed and he can make some moves...his skating is better that Bo's was at the same age.

    Hogs with EP and BB will be a killer line....top 3 in the NHL within a year of being together... Just watch...!

    Team Canada took Bahl instead of Woo as there PK shutdown guy...Bahl has been there best D. and has been given PP time as well ....he starts the games and finishes the game on the ice and I believe he is playing the most minutes... Woo would have been there 2nd best D. overall and that pair on the PK would have been killer!

    BB is tied with OV in points....BB is now a 200 foot player...those don't grow on trees....he is worth 7M+ for sure and we need him now and in the future. We just need to do something about Erikkson...

    If some team will take Eriksson with Tanev or Lievo or Schaller plus Motte...etc. and give us a pick or prospect....I am all in.... That gives us all the space we need....

    QH 360 spinnarama spilling his defender... too EP flying up the wing...breaks the ankles of his defender before passing to NH flying to the net...breaks both D.'s ankles and makes the goalie slide out of position as he takes it around back for the LaHog's style goal...! ...coming to a rink near you...soon...!

    Woo looks good but I would have rather had Bahl plus maybe a 3-5th rounder kicked in ...with our scout's that would have been a sure thing in Bahl and a 50/50 player to boot... Woo may still be better overall and Hog's may score enough goals to make you forget all of Z's apples...

    Oranges and apples really...Hog's plays a free style offensive game on a team that has more than a few of those types so the coach plays that way... The Russian's play a structured game and Pod's is learning how to do that pretty well I think...Pod's plays the PK and the PP (in Hog's net front spot)...on the PP he is right in front of the goalie mostly but always makes his stick available to the shooter for a shot/pass...his development in that system seems just fine to me. I do think Hog's is going to be a flashier player and probably get more points...

    Again if you compare Nils goals to Svech's...Hoglander's are much smoother and looks like he could do it at any time...Svech's are choppier and don't look as smooth or as fast ....AND were done without pressure on him. I would put Hog's goals ahead of Svech's any day!
