Lehner may be done for his career which would free up extra $$ and with Stone on LTIR, Miller's contract this season would also let Vegas add a couple more assets to go on a run. I feel like LAK is the main spot... maybe Buffalo as another option? If we could get Durzi/Clarke + 1st + Quick i'd be up for that. Quick would be to balance cap this season. Not sure if you could try and pry someone else out of there too or not?

Expectation - Horvat for future top prospects/picks - Miller for a pick/prospect - Boeser for a young player - Pearson/Myers for picks if possible Likely reality (based on past experiences) - We get a "we believe we will get better value for Bo at trade deadline" and end up not trading him... likely losing him for nothing - We keep Miller, where he will handcuff the team from anything in 4-5 years - We use a 3rd with Boeser to move his contract - Move picks with Pearson/Myers to trade them as well.

Do we sit Horvat then if he's wanting a trade? I feel his value is at an all-time high, would hate to lose him to a long-term injury

Players are so good in their contract years

The issue with this team is consistency from our star players. We've had it where some of our top 6 players were playing poorly last season (Petey, Boeser), and we had trouble scoring goals as a team but Demko showed up and took over games. This season it seems the opposite, Petey has started off well and we're getting solid scoring from our forwards, but now Demko is crapping the bed. We need all these players to play to their potential at the same time.
