    Totally. They could have a deal worked out in their back pocket as a cap dump (Myers for a pick or prospect). Hold off and wait for free agency, if you can land your fish right away you cut bait on Myers. If not you hold the line.

    Rathbone can pass through waivers at any time all season long. 1 way contracts only matter as far as waivers in EA sports world. That being said I think it's time for him to sink or swim this year.

    Seems like in the exit interviews the players threw him under the bus. Makes the sudden change (despite the good record) make more sense.

    You could very well be right. He would have replaced Bryan Glynn who was a total liability for us throughout the playoffs.
