      Never buy a brand new game - wait a few days. Exercise a little self control, patience, and let others be the guinea pigs. It could save you a colossal headache, lost hours, and your money. R* is the exception to this rule currently but they aren't infallible either.

      Thanks everyone. Happy Birthday to you as well, T Mac. Mine is much the same way - it's an ordinary day to me for the most part - has been that way since late high school. I'm always welcoming but if not much happens, that is fine, I don't care to do much for it or expect it

    Is there a way of verifying customs/duty fees for bringing something across the border? Or does it vary on every item? Talking about electronics here.

      Thanks for all that. In the end it was cheaper to go local as possible thru Newegg. Even with their duty and shipping fees I got my computer under $1900. Through the States it was going to likely be over $2000.

      well.. the calculator is reading 12% tax. Says nothing about duty. This looks like a terrible route to go.

      Support tells me 5%, the calculator tells me 12%, and Internet forums tell me 15-25%. So 15-25% on ~$2000 purchase is obviously much bigger than 5%.. 

      I probably won't do this although going through the States is initially cheaper. The border being closed is really jerking me around here..

      It seems extreme to me. 30 minutes - the dental assistant's labor - a bit of product used - $200 please.

      I never knew how much it cost until the other day when I switched insurance providers and got an email notification indicating they covered the whole thing. Blew my socks off at the cost of it.

    The NHL is looking at the possibility of having every game played in BC :emot-parrot: and not just in Vancouver places like Kelowna, Kamloops, Victoria, PG etc., all could be hosts since they have WHL rinks and facilities.

      Razor it 'short' if you can. If you are quarantined for the next month then it doesn't have to be perfect and it'll grow back considerably by then if you aren't a fan of short hair. Not many people are going to be seeing you during this time period anyway.
