      Apparently my Prelude tires aren't sufficient for the Civic I have now because they are slightly more narrow which can throw off the ABS.

      So I should probably get 'snow tires' then. I'm not sure at the moment if the all seasons I have now have that M+S symbol on them, and even if they do I should probably still get proper snow tires?

      I was looking at used, and could get new for about $600. $600 is only $600 but I'd like to keep that in my pocket preferably. 

      I only do city driving.

      I don't drive much but my house is by a giant hill. Anyway, they make sense but at the same time feel like a stupid buy when I spend 10 minutes driving some days at the most (routine), and some days don't drive at all.

      Fair enough. I was leaning towards winters, but when I heard my brand new tires on my recently purchased used car were 'all season,' it had me thinking.
