Vlas=d Posted April 11, 2012 Share Posted April 11, 2012 i never have expected him to play this first round. in fact as i stated before he is likely done for the year he took a blatant elbow to the head. backstrom took a similar elbow to the head and was out for like half the season. i think his father took this route as a precaution to say hey look my son isnt feeling right so hes not going on the ice. everyone wants to play come playoff time and many players have neglected symptoms or lied about them just to play. Last thing he needs is a circus around him when he is trying to recover. my guess is game 5 is possible... 2nd round is possible. possible Oct.
