Blues badly need a dman like Edler and with moving out Oshie and Perron, they would need another forward (Booth). Hamhuis - Bieksa Jackman - Garrison Franson - Tanev I think to get Perron AND Oshie would take our 1st as well as prospects. I'd still do it though. He may be one of the leagues best d-men in a couple years but it would solidify our line-up a whole lot more by getting Perron,Oshie, and Jackman, and Franson/Colbourne through the Luongo deal. Also, signing Garrison seems like a serious possibilty. Trades should go like this: To Stl: Edler, 1st, Booth To Van: Jackman's rights, Oshie, Perron To Tor: Luongo To Van: Colbourne, Fransson And then try and dump Ballard even though i think he will have a good year. I'd trade Edler, Raymond and 1st/Schroeder for Oshie and Berglund. If Jackman wants to play here, he will sign with us when he goes to UFA. Raymond would fit their defensive system.
