He calls himself an agnostic right in the book. It's not an "admission" from him. However it is completely impossible to prove without a doubt their is no God, just as it is impossible to prove that there is. So while Dawkins might be Agnositc (I am as well), it doesn't mean he can use logic and reason to provide reasonable evidence that there is no God. Sure, if that's all you atheists believe in. Most atheists know the definition of an atheist as someone who rejects God and believes there IS no God.
