I don't really follow twitter trends.

Twitter, facebook, it was all over social media all people care about now though is the champz.

Pimp Life right there. Guess you can arrive in style when you cheat like he did....

Or when you make 6 Superbowls and win 4 of them

Most of my friends don't follow the NFL and none follow Atlanta. Cheating is cheating both the Pats and Falcons cheated and got caught doing so.

Just because Atlanta got caught it doesn't exempt New England of any wrong doing.

And obviously the Super Bowl champs cheating regardless of who it is will face more scrutiny... Derp.

Yeah man, that entire square inch of air was the difference between winning 45-7, or losing 7-0.

Surprised more Seahawks don't chopper in and out of events since cheating gets you the posh life.

Over the last few seasons the Seahawks have been the face for the abusers of the NFL’s PED policy. Since 2010 when Head Coach Pete Carroll took over there have been six Seahawks suspended for PED violations and three for substance abuse infractions. These violations have been a black eye for the franchise and most of the criticism they have received is deserved. The Seahawks earned nicknames such as the SeADDERALL Seahawks, PEDhawks, CHEAThawks and Pete Carroll has been referred to as Cheat Carroll.

Here comes the wrath. ;) going to be disappointed if I come in here later tonight and am not being grilled. Don't let me down.

Sorry I missed out since the draft folks. Wanna especially say congrats to Gman and his Titans for an awesome draft. They hit the nail on it's head bang on. Was a great draft overall and as usual, I'm psyched for the Pats draft picks. Couldn't get enough players to replace Big Vince really :P

As for the report, I honestly have no idea how anyone can sincerely stand by it. It's completely full of crap. 2 months of investigation and no proof or evidence, they just come up with an opinionated conclusion. So much contradiction in the report even a blind person would be able to point it out.

I would agree that if this was the only time the Patriots were linked to any kind of cheating it would be a non issue.

But it's not and that pisses me off. Imagine what they don't get caught for.

It's like my browser history

Bro, no such thing as logic in here. This is what I've gathered so far:

  • Colts would've beaten the Pats 7-0 had the balls had an extra square inch of air in them in the 1st half.

  • Also, Brady's been deflating balls since 2001 in the Snow Bowl. Now, there's no evidence to support this, nor has he ever been accused of this up until an undrafted rookie running back made the Colts defense look like a high school team, but just take people's word for it.

Also, 3 of the 4 Colts balls were underinflated below the legal limits, and the refs were asked to stop checking their remaining 8 balls, but let's just ignore that, okay?

Makaveli posted that all GM's signed an affidavit admitting that their own team isn't cheating and that they don't know of any other team's cheating to protect the integrity of the game and ensure an equal playing field. Funny, because page 46 of the Wells report states the Colts sat on this suspicion for 2 months, and then brought it up the day before the playoff game to the league.

So much for reporting their suspicions to the league out of care for the integrity of the game. If you care about the integrity of the game, you don't keep your suspicions about a team cheating to yourself and allow that suspected team the potential to cheat against others. They reported it to gain an advantage for themselves because Luck's Colts haven't been able to hold Brady's jock.

Page 46 of the report explains that the Colts became suspicious as a result of two footballs intercepted by safety Mike Adams during the Week 11 game between the two teams. But the Colts said nothing to the league about the air pressure concerns in November.

If the goal was to ensure the integrity of the game, the Colts should have immediately alerted the NFL to the concern after the regular-season contest

“It would be great if someone would be able to check the air in the game balls as the game goes on so that they don‟t get an illegal advantage,” Colts equipment manager Sean Sullivan wrote in a message sent by G.M. Ryan Grigson to the league office on January 17.

It would have been even better if the Colts had informed the NFL about the situation immediately after the Week 11 game, which would have prevented the Patriots from getting an “unfair advantage” in any of their remaining regular-season games, or in the divisional-round game against the Ravens.

The entire thing is funny. Good to see the rest of the team and the QB brotherhood sticking up for him as well. Glad Wells gave the haters some low hanging fruit to cling to until the pre-season starts, it must be tiring to hate a winner.

The difference is you plugs try to call out the Pats but don't say s*** when they had real evidence on the Falcons pumping noise the last 2 years. That's more of an advantage than this is. At least more probable than not.

It's ok though fam they hate us cuz they anus.

"The evidence does not allow us to reach conclusions as to when McNally and Jastremski began their efforts to release air from Patriots game balls on game day"

So, there's no evidence that air was released after the official inspected the ball? The same official who didn't even write down the PSI of the ball at the time of the inspection?

"Discussing Brady's unhappiness with the inflation level of Patriots game balls, Jastremski told McNally that "he actually brought you up" and "said you must have a lot of stress trying to get them done."

Is Brady unhappy with them the morning of the game? Is he unhappy with them after Walt Anderson checked them? Is he unhappy after they were adjusted by McNally?

This guy had 3 months to find answers and instead it's assumption after assumption.

The Pats are hated cause they're cheating assholes.

Even as a Browns fan I have a ton of respect for the Steelers minus Big Ben and his questionable character.

The Pats I don't respect as much because they act as if they can't be punished. And it starts with Mr. Kraft and trickles down the organization.

So the Pats have eaened their reputation and it has NOTHING to do with winning.

It was a few pages back someone suggested the Patriots ran so heavily against the Colts in the 1st half because the balls were deflated, or I'm mistaken and confusing it with hearing it online.

You don't need to look hard to find blind haters. I wasn't being specific to you or this thread. On 1040 last night Scott Rintoul fielded some ridiculous phone calls including one from that imbecile Mike in Langley who suggested Brady be banned from the league  Others responded with Brady shouldn't get his 4th ring, etc, etc. New York media and Miami media once again resorted to some lame cartoon mocking Brady on the front pages of their newspapers this morning. That's the clear cut sign of a hater, when you hate someone who wins a lot so you go all out the few opportunities you get.

Now you're just generalizing. Brady wanted his balls underinflated, had nothing to do with the other 52 guys on the roster, or the majority, if not all of the staff and doesn't reflect those not involved.

Assistant coach taping signals vs the Jets had nothing to do with the 53 guys on the field nor did it reflect their character or attitude.

It's like Canucks fans hating the Blackhawks because of Duncan Keith's hit.

The Pats had the game with the Colts even if the played the game with friggen nerf balls for all I care .

Just wish the Pats would say hey, we f'd up let's move on...

I expect Brady will. He'll apologize, say his part, and say that he'll accept any punishment the league feels is fair and move on to be better than he has been. I said earlier that it made sense (to me anyways) to not admit to F'ing up right before the Super Bowl and upsetting the mood and motivation of his locker room. Wouldn't of been fair to his teammates or coaches to put this whole other obstacle in their way right before the Super Bowl.
