AAA wrestler El Hijo del Perro Aguayo died early this morning after a mishap during the 619 spot with Rey Mysterio at a show in Tijuana, Mexico, according to PWTorch. El Hijo took the initial move in the trachea and experienced whiplash. Later El Hijo was transported to a nearby hospital and died around 1:00 AM local time. Others do make a wish stuff too.. but if they have someone to step into the similar role cena plays.. in and out of the ring.. why not let him change things up.. Rick Grimes Posted March 22, 2015 Share Posted March 22, 2015 (edited) As noted, top Lucha Libra star Hijo del Perro Aguayo passed away after an accident during a tag match for the CRASH promotion in Tijuana, Mexico last night. The match also featured Rey Mysterio, Tigre Uno and Manik. Shortly after a spot in the ring with Mysterio, Aguayo was rushed to a hospital just a block away but was pronounced dead at around 1am local time. The cause of death for Aguayo was a stroke caused by cervical spinal damage, according to MedioTiempo.com. The medical report says he suffered from whiplash. They also noted that the doctor in charge of the CRASH event was busy treating two other wrestlers backstage which is why he wasn't at ringside when the accident with Aguayo happened. The doctor defended the delay in responding to Aguayo, saying it was not malpractice. Medio Tiempo also noted that Aguayo was carried away from the ring on a piece of plywood as a way to get him backstage as fast as possible. He was then moved to a stretcher and into the ambulance. The doctor also defended that decision. Once Aguayo arrived at the hospital, Dr. Ernesto Franco and other specialists tried to resuscitate Aguayo for about an hour. The idea was I got together with Jason Statham and said lets put together an epic fight thats going to be memorable. And at the end to punctuate it I said Alright brother, what if I hooked you and hes like Yeah? Suplex? and I said No, not a suplex. First time ever on film, I hit you with the Rock Bottom. When you present that to a movie star like Jason, youre at a crossroads because if ego is involved the movie star could say I dont know. That your thing, its a big finishing move and I dont want you to hit me with it. If you check your ego at the door like Statham did, it was great. Hes a focused guy and we pulled it off and we went through the glass table, cut us up a little bit and he was game to play and he came to rumble. And by the way, its the best move of the movie. Well see. I would love that rematch. Whatever it is I think that you want to create something that is going to be special, memorable and especially in Dallas at that stadium and you have a shot at breaking the attendance record. According to multiple sources, the current creative plan is for Undertaker to appear on the RAW following Wrestlemania 31 to put over Bray Wyatt and to set up a match with Sting at Wrestlemania 32. Wrestlezone.com is reporting that Sting is currently on his way to WWE HQ to talk with Vince about the details. Its widely assumed that Wrestlemania 32 will be the last year that Taker will wrestle. The idea behind a year long build is to make his final match a MASSIVE deal and to give a match that fans have clamored for for years, a marquee type feel. That would alone would be an unbelievable card, then you would have other matches to accompany those 2. I also want to see a Batista vs Triple H match, one final match between the 2 of them. Pirated the first hour, opening was good, and the Divas actually got some time to do something more than shake their tits & ass and leave.
