BedBeats™2.0 Posted May 29, 2013 Share Posted May 29, 2013 I understand why people don't like him - I used to be a total Tortorella hater myself before - but after looking at it from an unbiased point of view, what he brings is as good as at it gets. Just a matter of how the players take it but if they can understand to take it in as advice more than him just blowing his top off everynight, then it can be very contagious and successful. Also - no offense - but don't be so arrogant to jump to that conclusion...last time I checked he's won a Stanley Cup and did an amazing job coaching the team there. Beat an easy Isles team first round, a solid Canadiens team second rounf, a bruising and physical Flyers team 3rd round, and to top it off, defeated a Calgary team which reached the peak of its era with its core and stopped Jarome Iginla and Mikka Kipurssoff in their prime with a legendary Sutter coaching them.
